These Terms of Service govern any order placed with Basaltmount("we", "us") through basaltmount.com. Placing an order means you accept them.
We sell one product — the Basalt pole mount — built to order in the fitment and color combination you choose. Because each order is manufactured to your specification, see Shipping & Returns for how that affects cancellations and returns.
Prices are shown in AUD unless stated otherwise and are charged in full at checkout via Stripe or PayPal. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order (e.g. a pricing error or stock issue), in which case you'll be refunded in full.

Don't use this site to do anything unlawful, attempt to interfere with its operation, or misuse the checkout/payment systems (e.g. fraudulent orders or chargebacks made in bad faith).
The Basalt name, logo, product design, and site content belong to us. Nothing here grants you a license to use them beyond ordinary use of a product you've purchased.
We try to keep colors, specifications, and compatibility information accurate, including the live 3D preview on the customization page — but real screen rendering can vary slightly from the actual printed color.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to your order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits any liability that can't legally be excluded (e.g. consumer guarantees that apply in your jurisdiction).
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
